Consortium Developed Arrays

OncoArray

The OncoArray was developed in collaboration with leading experts from the OncoArray Consortium. Designed with candidate SNPs identified by the consortium, the OncoArray provides the most cost-effective means to assess candidate variants potentially associated with cancer risk.

PsychArray

The Infinium PsychArray BeadChip is a high-density Illumina microarray, developed in collaboration with the Psychiatric Genomics Consortium and several leading research institutions for large-scale genetic studies focused on psychiatric predisposition and risk.

Infinium Human Drug Core Array

The Illumina Human Drug Core Array has been developed with leaders in translational genomics and computational chemical biology. The array was developed with a GWAS backbone (Illumina Core) and ~200,000 novel custom markers to support drug target validation and response. The novel custom markers can also be added to some GWAS arrays; please inquire for more information.

Infinium Human Exome Array

The HumanExome BeadChip provides coverage of functional exonic variants. The >250,000 markers on this BeadChip were selected from >12,000 whole exome and whole genome sequences, and represent SNPs in RefSeq genes, nonsynonymous SNPs and SNPs in coding regions (including UTRs).

The array was consortium-designed with the goal of enabling a bridge between GWAS genotyping for common variants and exome sequencing for relatively rare variants.

ImmunoArray

The ImmunoArray is designed to detect genetic variation in the human immune system. This 390K SNP array evaluates autoimmune disorders and immune function associated variants.
