Cancer Genotyping
The Cancer Beadchip is a breast, ovarian and prostate cancer focused custom SNP genotyping array based on the Illumina Infinium chemistry. The array consists of >200,000 SNPs based on previous GWAS results, fine-mapping of susceptibility regions and functional candidates for these cancers. Use of this product requires permission from the consortium that designed the array. Please inquire for more specific information.
Metabolic and Cardiovascular Genotyping
The Metabochip is a custom SNP genotyping array focused on analysis of metabolic, atherosclerotic and cardiovascular diseases. This array consists of >200,000 SNPs that were chosen based on past GWAS results and fine mapping of regions known to play a part in metabolic disease. Use of this product requires permission from the consortium that designed the array. Please inquire for more specific information.
Immunological Disease Genotyping
The Immunochip is a custom SNP genotyping array designed to fine map regions of the genome involved in immunological disease traits. The content of ~200,000 SNPs is based on previous GWAS results of immunological studies.
There is an option to add up to 200,000 custom SNPs to the arrays described above. Please inquire for details and cost information.
