CIDR performs SNP genome scan linkage genotyping using Illumina's HumanLinkage-12 Marker Panel. This panel includes 6,000 SNP loci. The panel has 0.58 cM average coverage across the genome. The average marker heterozygosity is 0.43 in Caucasians, 0.38 in African Americans and 0.36 in Asians. Download the marker set and get detailed information on each locus including interpolated deCode genetic map position, physical position, population specific minor allele frequency and sequence.
