CIDR services are available to all investigators through competitive peer review. Applications are evaluated by the CIDR Access Committee CAC for scientific merit. The application and the CAC's recommendations are reviewed by the Board of Governors (BOG). The BOG determines which projects are granted access to CIDR. Extramural NIH grantees supported by a participating institute require prior approval from the institute liaison before submitting an application to CIDR. Intramural NIH investigators should contact Dr. Camilla Day before preparing an application.
